We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your TONYMOLY purchase, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
